Super Saturday Class:
Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Cost: $60.00

Breathing and Relaxation Class:
6:00-9:00pm (Wednesdays)
Cost: $25.00

*Please dress in comfortable clothes, bring a pillow and your support person when possible.

Breastfeeding Class:
*Available in the evening or afternoon*

Monday evenings: 6:30–9:00 pm - March 17, May 5, July 21, September 15, November 17
Monday afternoons: 3:00–5:30 pm - April 21, June 16, August 18, October 20, December 8

Infant & Child CPR:
6:00-9:00pm (Thursdays)
Cost: $20.00 per person

Marvelous Multiples Class:
8:30am-4:30pm (Saturdays)

Sibling Class:
6:30-8:00pm (Fridays)
$10.00 per child

April 4, June 6, August 1, October 3, December 5 (recommended ages: 4- 10)

Group tours are offered one Saturday a month at 4:30 pm. Call Christina Freshour @ 541-4947 for dates and to sign up for a tour

*a one time $5.00 registration fee is required when registering for classes. Classroom space is automatically reserved for two when signing up for classes except for CPR and the Sibling Classes.

*You may call the Covenant Call Center @ 673-FORT to reserve a class or if you need to charge class fees with a credit card.

* Classes fill up 2-3 months in advance, so please register early (by your 4th or 5th month - you will be scheduled to take your classes during the 6th or 7th month of your pregnancy). We recommend that you be finished with your classes 4-6 weeks before your due date. Complete the registration form attached to our brochure or visit our web site at www.teddybearu.com and print off a registration form.

• Some Insurance Providers will reimburse for some of your classes. Please check with your Insurance Provider. Cariten will give their patients a coupon good for up to $100.00 towards our classes. Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross have reimbursed for childbirth classes…it may depend on your particular policy. Other Insurance Providers may also reimburse, please check with them. Usually the Insurance Provider wants you to pay for your classes and attend, then file a claim. If a letter for proof of payment/attendance is required please ask and we can provide you with one. If you are on TennCare or financially challenged we can help with the cost of the classes, please ask for this assistance if needed.
